FAQ

Q1. If I do not have Employment Exchange Registration Number ,can I apply for the post ?

Ans:No, you cannot .
Before filling up of application form for the recruitment, you will have to get your name registered in the Employment Exchange located in Assam and provide the valid registered number.


Q2. Can I Apply again for multiple posts?

Ans: A : Yes, you can. The suggestions are provided below.
A) For the candidates having Driving license -

i) If the Applicant has Driving License and has Graduate Degree with Diploma in Computer then he/she is eligible to apply for all four categories (A, B, C & D) if he/she so desires .Then he/she may click ‘Yes’ Button of A, B, C and D and this is to be done in one go.
ii)If the Applicant has Driving License and also has Graduate Degree then he/she is eligible to apply for following three categories if he/she so desires – (a) Graduate, (b) HSSLC and (c) Driver . So, He/She may click on ‘YES’ button for A, C and D category and ‘NO’ for B .
iii) If the Applicant has driving license and has passed HSSLC, he/she is eligible to apply for the following two categories – (a) HSSLC (b)Driver (C)and (D) if he/she so desires. Then he/she may click on ‘YES’ button for C and D and ‘NO’ for A and B category.
iv) If the Applicant has passed HSLC or equivalent examination and has Driving License, then he/she will be eligible to apply for the post of Driver only, i.e only for category D and so, he/ she may click ‘Yes’ for D and ‘No’ for A,B and C

Q3. If I am a candidate for HSLC/ HSSLC or Equivalent examination Passed then how many post apply for ?

Ans: A : If the candidate is HSLC/HSSLC or Equivalent examination passed then he/she is eligible to apply for both the categories of post namely,

i) HSLC or Equivalent
ii) read up to Class VIII
And in that scenario, the candidate may click on ‘YES’ button for both the categories of posts/ posts, if he/ she desires to apply for both.
